The Final Farewell

all his belongings were distributed amongst the people who needed them
most, Hawkeye Pike sighed deeply. He had given away everything he had
acquired through hard work during the past 3 years. Through all the
sadness of leaving lots of good friends behind, he felt also a little
relieved.
Many people had show up, even some whom he hadn't seen for a long time. Kugelblitz, his old foe, honored him, and Sonata, the wench he once had adored, kissed him goodbye. His pirate friends had brought lots of ale and wine, and Hawkeye numbed his sadness extensively. |

They celebrated the
whole night, before Hawkeye Pike finally got onto his ship and gave the
tillerman the order to unfurl the sails. His friends were still waving at
the docks of Buccaneer's Den as his sail vanished on the distant
horizon...
