My Second Pilgrim Tour

opened my eyes and blinked as the
first sunbeams dripped through the open window of my tavern chamber. I jumped out of the
bed dynamically as the morning sun rose above the shingle roofs of Occlo. I had recalled
to this town yesterday in order to renew my supply of reagents. It just seemed to be the right day to lay down my bone armor and axe and get ready for my second pilgrim tour. I took my recall rune to the arctic island and spoke the words of power "Kal Ort Por". |
| I found myself in a large snowy waste.
The landsape was harsh and deserted. Snowflakes tumbled from the grey sky permanently and
the chilly wind made me shiver. I should have been dressing better! I heard the distant
roaring of polar bears as I stumbled across the white plain towards the Shrine of Honesty. The stone walls surrounding the shrine gave me some protection from the wind, and I kneeled down to utter a silent prayer. I didn't stay for long on this bizarre and desolate island. My rune took me back to Trinsic after a short period of meditation. |

| I left the west gate of Trinsic to look
for the Shrine of Spirituality. Outside the west gate there are often people with good and
ill repute attacking and killing each other. As I noticed them, I tried to make peace and
distract them from fighting, but even the "good" ones drove me off with
insulting words. As I reached the shrine, I spoke the Mantra and begged for the mislead so-called "Lords" and "Honorables". I hope that one day friendship, honesty and reliability will defeat treason and selfishness. |

I pilgered to the magnificent island Moonglow, where the thinkers and mages of Britannia were once born. I visited the famous landmark, a giant telescope, and admired the fantastic highlight of this world. |
| My pilgrimage should end at the Lycaeum of Moonglow, where knowledge and wisdom was banned in thousands of ancient books. I wanted to study in the large libraries to achieve a closer relationship between the world of Britannia and myself. Moonglow was somehow sophisticated, a sight which was unique among all cities in Britannia. | ![]() |
| Thousands of dusty old books containing the knowledge about the secrets of Sosoria were just waiting to be explored. I retreated to the quiet libraries, far away from any hectic and noise. Here I found what I had been searching for; the truth and the path I had to go on my further steps through this world... | ![]() |
