Ettin Steak and Troll Barbecue

here's no big story about this, just one advice for every traveller:
Beware of the Ettins! I hardly had a chance killing the Ettin even in the company of two. I had to run away and hide several times, before we finally could give him the last slay. The Ettin's gold pieces were split, and it still was enough for both of us.

Due to my previous fights I had the chance to increase my profession to the Expert level. It was a great feeling! Finally I had enough strength to wear the bone armor and a bone helm. My next challenge would be to fight the great orcish mages! My magic resistance still was very low, but I planned to train it in order to resist the mages. I went about with KugelBlitz, searching for good fights in the area south of Trinsic. There usually hang around some monsters just waiting for being slain. That's when we came across my first Troll.

Trolls are not that hard, and they carry around a lot of useful stuff. One day I even managed do kill one by myself with my hit-run-and-hide tactics. Most trolls I met I fought together with KugelBlitz, and then it usually was no problem. After looting the corpse I usually carved off the meat to make some steaks at the campfire. It was time to head back to the safe gates of Trinsic and leave all the loot at the bank.
