once visited the volcano of Trinsic
again to buy some reagents, for they were much cheaper here than in the city. When I
arrived at the mage's house, suddenly someone in a red tunic attacked me. Well, he had no
weapon at all, so I said "This stupid killer is going to get it!" Suddenly a
lightning struck me and took 20 percent of my health! I gave the guy some blows with my
axe as I took a closer look at him. His name was Carthon the Mage.So the ancient tales were really true? They said that an evil mage sometimes appears at his home, and he feels really disturbed by any kind of visitor. |

Carthon cast one evil spell after another on me, so I ran away and hid, to take some of my healing potions. This was close! When I felt better again, I attacked again. Another passing traveller supported me, and together we defeated the mage.
